The house, recently renovated, is located in a beautiful area of Santa Maria Salina, just below the main street. Its private position lets guests fully enjoy the quiet atmosphere of this wonderful island without giving up the elegant Aeolian lifestyle. The sea can be reached on foot in less than 3 minutes. The location is also convenient for arrival and departure, as it is less than a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal.

Villa with rooms

The villa includes one double room with private en-suite bathroom, two quadruple rooms with private en-suite bathroom, one double room with a kitchen and adjacent exclusive bathroom, and an apartment with two bedrooms and adjoining bathrooms, one triple and one double, for a total of five beds. The apartment has a beautiful terrace with sea view over Lipari and Panarea and a comfortable outdoor kitchen. The indoor kitchen is not available during the summer period.

The house, in splendid Aeolian style, has a private Mediterranean garden that guests may freely use during their stay.
